The last time when Patricia had asked “what our reading highlight” had been in the previous month the response had been such a success that it has become a regular one in the Follow Friday meme.
It seems like ages that I have posted a Follow Friday post. But no matter how difficult things were or still are, there is still time to enjoy a book.
And my April-Highlight is without any doubt:
True North – Wo auch immer du bist by Sarina Bowen.
The original title is Bittersweet and even though I don´t know why the German publisher didn´t use that title, I am absolutely thrilled that I was among those few who were allowed to read it up front before its actual release day (review will follow).
And what can I say? I read it within one night and had the time of my life - so to speak. The plot is great, the characters are well created and the novel itself is absolutely hilarious and fantastic written.
What was your reading highlight during April?
