Launched by Sonja of A Bookshelf Full Of Sunshine, continued by FiktiveWelten with a new logo. The blog action is for lively communication between bloggers, a good network, and should be fun. Duration of the question: Friday to Thursday. Rules. No registration required. This week the FF is all about our book highlight for September. Good, the month is long gone and we are already in the middle of October, with golden leaves in the garden, horse chestnut laying all around, and a few very sunny (hopefully) days ahead. At least that´s what the weather forecast is pronouncing.

This time I present two books. Yup, I know. I am doing it again. Guess, I probably should change the title into the plural, but it is sooooo hard to choose between all the books I´ve read in September, that I came up with two again.

My first choice is Nevernight by Jay Kristoff. What a heavy book it was. And I am not talking about the story alone. This book has quite some weight. Holy moly. Click the book title to get to my review.

The second book I picked is a thriller called Standoff by Sandra Brown. It is not new and it took me some years to get it, but now where I have read it, I am asking myself: why haven´t I read it sooner? Just click on the book title to read my review.

What was your reading highlight during September?

Happy reading
