With the Weekly Book Wrap-Up, I give you a bit of an insight into all the new books that have arrived at my place. No matter if I won a giveaway, got approved for a reviewer´s copy, an ARC, or just bought one myself. Everything that I add to my shelves, in what way ever and read during the past week or am still reading, I will write about it. And maybe I tell you a bit about the upcoming things on Inkvotary, that is if I don´t forget it and have something to share with you *smile*

I am linking up with Tynga´s Reviews and Caffeinated Reviewer and hope you´ll have fun reading it and maybe get the one or the other book inspiration.

Stacking The Shelves #53

I was a pretty good girl this week. Bought only ONE book. Okay, well, I just GOT one book. Was buying some more, but they haven´t arrived yet. It obviously takes more than a month for books to arrive from Canada, and I have to practice some patience here *sigh* Not one of my best qualities…

It is the very first time that I bought a Sarah Morgan-book. All the others out of this series I got from the German publisher. This one is in English and therefore the first original book I call my own. And though the cover isn´t as romantic as the one the UK edition has (I might need to buy that too *sigh*) I am happy that it is finally here. And I am eager to find out how she sounds and feels in her native language. Nothing against a translated book, that is totally fine with me when I am not capable of reading the native language the author has. But my experience is, that it is always much better to read a book in its original tone. Some words you just can´t translate….

Sunday Post #10

The past week was in most ways a very uneventful one. Though I tweeted yesterday about the new book I´ve got and that one of my friends became a grandmother. But besides that, I don´t have much to write about.

Our weather forecast says that we will have over the next few days very wintry weather conditions (which we really have as it is freezing and slippery in the early morning hours), but HELLO? We ARE right in the middle of winter, so why shouldn´t we have it cold, snow, and freezing streets and boardwalks? Good, the past week was a very warm one. And it seems that we won´t have an actual winter where everything is covered in snow for days and weeks to come. But I don´t mind that I don´t have to shuffle the car out of a huge snow mountain or watch my steps while in town or elsewhere.

Upcoming Reviews

I will post my reviews in random order. So, the way the covers are shown in this post aren´t carved in stone *smile* Just saying in case you might wonder when you see them get posted ...

Happy reading
