With the Weekly Book Wrap-Up, I give you a bit of an insight into all the new books that have arrived at my place. No matter if I won a giveaway, got approved for a reviewer´s copy, an ARC, or just bought one myself. Everything that I add to my shelves, in what way ever and read during the past week or am still reading, I will write about it. And maybe I tell you a bit about the upcoming things on Inkvotary, that is if I don´t forget it and have something to share with you *smile*

I am linking up with Tynga´s Reviews and Caffeinated Reviewer and hope you´ll have fun reading it and maybe get the one or the other book inspiration.

Stacking The Shelves #55

Thanks to Fischer Sauerländer, a German publisher, I had The Tale of Shikanoko – Lord of the Darkwood by Lian Hearn in the mail. A great surprise that made me very happy.

Review Copy

I bought Hardline by Meredith Wild and Roar by Cora Carmack. Couldn´t resist since they both were on sale *smile* If you like, you can read my Roar-review here.

Sunday Post #12

Well, well, turns out the past week was, so far, the worst I had since the year has started. My two books from Canada got lost between Ontario and Germany, so no happy feelings there. Sure, I got my money back, but I would´ve rather gotten the hardcovers. Lesson learned.

This morning I went outside for a long walk. The weather is beautiful. Freezing air, bright sunshine, and a clear sky. It was fantastic! I went on the route along our small river, watched some mallard ducks and blackbirds having fun in the sun. Seems like we are all enjoying the springlike day before the cold winds from Russia will kick in and bring us temperatures below zero. Guess the snowdrops that are already blooming in our garden will be withered by then.

I am reading

Upcoming Reviews

I will post my reviews in random order. So, the way the covers are shown in this post aren´t carved in stone *smile* Just saying in case you might wonder when you see them get posted ...

Happy reading

  11. This week we had a strange thing happen. A teacher at my school needed to borrow a book from a school on the other side of the district. The librarian sent it, but somehow it got rerouted back to the original library. Frustrating.

  12. Alice Clayton's book are always a lot of fun. I haven't read Buns, but I loved the Cocktail series. You would think in 2018, that one would be able to efficiently receive their mail. Sorry about your books.
