With the Weekly Book Wrap-Up, I give you a bit of an insight into all the new books that have arrived at my place. No matter if I won a giveaway, got approved for a reviewer´s copy, an ARC, or just bought one myself. Everything that I add to my shelves, in what way ever and read during the past week or am still reading, I will write about it. And maybe I tell you a bit about the upcoming things on Inkvotary, that is if I don´t forget it and have something to share with you *smile*

I am linking up with Caffeinated Reviewer and Reading Reality and hope you´ll have fun reading it and maybe get the one or the other book inspiration.

Stacking The Shelves #229

No new books this week. Good girl ...

Sunday Post #186

An exhausting week is over. Due to the still ongoing interrupted logistical chain and plastic problems some companies are having, most products aren´t available round the clock at the supermarket. Getting them has become a bit of a game around here. Ugh! The good news is, almost all my test results have been negative. Yay for that! The one I did on Friday is still at the lab *Fingers crossed* that it will be negative too.

I am good to go with some trimming in the garden, so that will be part of my plans next week. Another book got finished for the current New Release Challenge. My next read will be a book for the Fraterfest Readathon 2022 AND the NR challenge. Wish me luck …

And finally, I experienced another earthquake. The second one this year. This morning at 6:14 am an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.9 shocked me. There was a clearly noticeable jolt through the building, the door frames groaned, and my books wobbled on the shelves. Not a nice feeling.

How was your week? Stay safe and healthy.

Happy reading

  1. Wow that's not good about the earthquake! Must be very startling. Good luck with your remaining test result- I hope you get a good answer there as well.

Be well and have a nice week!

  2. An earthquake??? Oh my goodness - how terrifying. Do you have any idea what is causing them? Our Government formerly banned fracking because they were increasing the likelihood of earthquakes, but the current shower are discussing bringing fracking back again... I hope the coming week is a more peaceful one!

    1. It was a natural one. So far, fracking isn´t banned or prohibited in Germany. It was and still is highly controversial discussed, yes, but I have no clue if and how the German government will handle fracking in the future.
