This year I am signing up last minute. With only three months left for this challenge, I hope that I will be more successful than I was the years before. The challenge already runs for ten months now, but I had no audio I was willing to listen to, and with the last time in mind, where I had problems finishing at least one, I never thought of giving it another try. The audiobook challenge is hosted by Kimberly at Caffeinated Reviewer and That´s What I Am Talking About.
So here we go again. With only two and a half months left I think that I will be able to make the Newbie.
I do have quite a mountain of audiobooks, mostly unheard. Audible Germany offers from time to time a cheaper membership and with the “Short Abo” I had paid for during the summer, I have now some new audiobooks added to the already existing mountain of unheard audiobooks I call my own *sigh* So, some sort of fascination is already existing. But I have barely time to listen to them, except when I go powerwalking or am on my way to the grocery store. But at home, while doing my household or being in the garden? No chance. And shortly before sleeping no good idea either.
Despite that, I got some great audios from authors I love, and because of them and the ones I own for ages, I am signing up to try this challenge again and see what happens.
Challenge Details
-Runs January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021. You can join at any time.
-The goal is to find a new love for audios or to outdo yourself by listening to more audios in 2021 than you did in 2020.
-Books must be in audio format (CD, MP3, etc.)
-ANY genres count.
-Re-reads and crossovers from other reading challenges are allowed.
-You do not have to be a book blogger to participate; you can track your progress on Goodreads, Facebook, LibraryThing, etc.
-If you’re a blogger grab the button and do a quick post about the challenge to help spread the word. If you’re not a blogger you can help by posting on Facebook or Tweet about the challenge.
-Updates plus a giveaway will be posted twice during the year. The first update will be July 2, 2021, and the last update will take place on December 30, 2021.

-Over-Achiever (Power Listener) 75+
-The 100 Club (Audiobook Addict) 100+
Now, let’s see how things will go for me and my audiobook pile.
