with the Weekly Book Wrap-Up, I give you a bit of an insight into all the new books that have arrived at my place. No matter if I won a giveaway, got approved for a reviewer´s copy, an ARC, or just bought one myself. Everything that I add to my shelves, in what way ever and read during the past week or am still reading, I will write about it. And maybe I tell you a bit about the upcoming things on Inkvotary, that is if I don´t forget it and have something to share with you *smile*

I am linking up with Caffeinated Reviewer and Reading Reality and hope you´ll have fun reading it and maybe get the one or the other book inspiration.

Stacking The Shelves #182

Sunday Post #139

I got my flu jab Monday and some bad medical news. The rest of the week went by in a mix of shock and some other feelings. I am not allowed to do anything in the garden, because of the flu jab so I tried to get rid of all the energy by cleaning my household, sorting things out and read a bit.

I signed up for the HoHoHo Readathon on Tuesday and thought about the books I want to read for this thon.

On Wednesday my book for the reading round finally arrived and I checked my “Waiting on Wednesday” post for the new Nora Roberts book. A standalone if I remember it correctly.

Thursday, I went to the library, to get me some new books. Since mid-August we are required to show the ladies at the entrance the QR code that we are either recovered or fully vaccinated. And believe me, they check it very carefully. Back at home I started to create the logo for my library post, but not sure if I will use it. Somehow, I am not really happy with it. But I was successful with the creation of another logo for my post about another book fact.

On Friday the Fraterfest Readathon started, and so I will be a bit busy with reading over the weekend. I read all night and slept long Saturday morning and was again up late Saturday night.

So, today, Sunday, I am a bit late with everything. We have a cloudy sky; it is not really cold but not warm either. And when I think about all the work, I need to do in the garden next week, I don´t feel any excitement.

How was your week? Stay safe and healthy.

Happy reading

  1. I'm sorry the garden work is not exciting. I was not excited to do the planter but I'm glad I did and it's finished. I do love how well the plants are doing. You got some good new reads - enjoy!
