Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. This week´s theme is books I loved so much that I had to buy a copy for my personal library. I changed it a bit because in Germany I already receive the print edition as a review copy. And that copy is the same as the one I could buy in a store. Instead, I chose to show you a list of my favorite books I started as audio, which I had bought first, and then moved on to read the print edition while still listening to the audio.

As it turns out, I have a lot of Nora Roberts books on this list. Not by purpose but it seems that she is my absolute favorite author.

1. The Search by Nora Roberts
The novel has a fascinating atmosphere and, in my opinion, is one of Nora Roberts's best works. The reader is well entertained with a varied and colorful plot. Passion, hate, and courage are the key elements that convince and turn this novel into a real experience.

2. River´s End by Nora Roberts
River´s End is a fantastic novel. Enthralling and with a dash of a thriller. Sensitive and full of passion, drama, and hate. From my point of view one of the best novels, the author has ever written. Definitely read!

3The Liar by Nora Roberts
A thrilling and very entertaining novel that contains a fantastic little girl; and that girl brings some fun and great pleasure to the story. Read it and see for yourself.

4. Hideaway by Nora Roberts
A great novel, the small weaknesses of which are not particularly significant. Well, the ending was a bit too flat and cheesy for me, but the story is just wonderful until then. The kidnapping, with which it all begins, is more of a backstory, but that doesn´t diminish the enjoyment of the rest of the plot. Recommendable.

5. A Court Of Thorns And Roses by Sarah J. Maas
This book provides an emotional rollercoaster for both parts, the figures, and the reader as well. And everyone who´s a fantasy fan and likes to read something that´s a bit out of the ordinary will find here a wonderful read. In the end, I was stunned and needed a few days to come clean with my mixed feelings.

6.
Heir Of Fire by Sarah J. Maas
Heir of Fire is one pure and fantastic fantasy entertainment.

7. Sting by Sandra Brown
A great thriller with an unpredictable ending. The setting was perfect and wonderfully described by the author.

8. The Beautiful Ashes by Jeaniene Frost
For paranormal and fantasy fans, this book is almost perfect. There is enough space for your own imagination, fascinating characters, and repellent creatures making this first book of a new trilogy by Jeaniene Frost a pleasant read.

9. The Echo Killing by Christi Daugherty
The more I read the more intense the feeling became, and I was eager to find out more. Harper´s way of handling things is quite fascinating.

10. Tailspin by Sandra Brown
This thriller was incredibly entertaining. Tension, action, and the fight for justice were almost perfectly staged.

And what books are on your list?

Happy reading
