With the Weekly Book Wrap-Up, I give you a bit of an insight into all the new books that have arrived at my place. No matter if I won a giveaway, got approved for a reviewer´s copy, an ARC, or just bought one myself. Everything that I add to my shelves, in what way ever and read during the past week or am still reading, I will write about it. And maybe I tell you a bit about the upcoming things on Inkvotary, that is if I don´t forget it and have something to share with you *smile*

I am linking up with Caffeinated Reviewer and Reading Reality and hope you´ll have fun reading it and maybe get the one or the other book inspiration.

Stacking The Shelves #172

Got no new books this week.

Sunday Post #129

The past seven days were uneventful despite all the anger I had. I got vaccinated Tuesday morning. On the way home, I thought to myself, I can buy a new protective cover for my vaccination pass. Yes, you think! The things are totally sold out and when a new delivery will arrive is written in the stars. I was flabbergasted… My arm felt sore for the next three days. I was prepared for that, so nothing to worry about.

I went to the library Thursday afternoon and the bad feeling remains. Our local library is no longer a place for me where I feel welcome or good. Sad, but true. And the Lady who was part of the team for the past twenty years knows that. She is sorry about it.

All week long, we had a mix of rain, sun, cold, warm, and very windy weather. I was mostly at home, reading, and looking around social media. I finished two books and started a new one. On Saturday I had an angry talk with my stepmom (she was angry with me because I couldn´t do what she was asking from me) and made plans for the garden. I am planning on rearranging the design a bit and drew some sketches, to see if I can do what I have in mind.

How was your week? Stay safe and healthy.

Happy reading

  1. I didn't even think to get a cover for my vaccine card. I will keep my eye for those!

  2. I'm sorry you had such an angry week. Mine wasn't much better. My internet cable was ripped from my house by a huge truck and I work from home. Lost two days wages but got a lot of reading done. I guess there's some good in everything. Hope this week is better for you.
